How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 15 days free — no card needed. Then choose Basic (₹299 a month) to keep going. AI arrives with the Starter and Growth plans, coming soon.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. Until you do, the workspace is locked — your cloud accounts, settings and data are kept, and everything is back the moment you subscribe.
When will the AI plans open?
Soon — join the waitlist to hear first and get the launch offer. Basic customers can upgrade the day they open.
Is AI really included in the price?
Yes, on Starter, Growth and Enterprise (coming soon): a fixed number of AI requests each month (Starter 500, Growth 2,000, Enterprise unlimited). You never receive a separate AI bill. The Basic plan has no AI.
What is the Basic plan?
₹299 a month (₹2,990 a year) for one cloud account and two team members: cost, monitoring and security across all regions, email alerts and one workflow, with data refreshed every 6 hours. It has no AI — move to Starter any time to switch AI on.
What happens when we use all our AI requests?
AI pauses until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month. Dashboards, alerts and everything else keep working. You can upgrade at any time for a bigger allowance; Enterprise is unlimited.
Where can I see how many AI requests we have used?
Under Settings → Plan & Billing, with a breakdown by feature.
Why is it priced per company and not per user?
So your whole team can use it. Plans differ by cloud accounts, history and features — not by how many people log in (up to the plan's team limit).
Do I need my own AI key?
No. AI is provided by My Desk Studio — there's nothing to set up.
Will My Desk DevOps add charges to my cloud bill?
Reading cost and usage data uses your cloud provider's APIs, which may carry small provider charges on some services. We never create resources without your approval.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown before GST, which is added to your invoice where it applies.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing gives you two months free. Startups, non-profits and education can contact us for special pricing.
